IT controls analysis in SOX Operations department to meet Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 audit/compliance requirements for national change/release management activities:

• IT controls analysis, auditing, management, monitoring, tracking and reporting

• Management and review of overall change/release management activities for health plan applications and data warehouses (Wintel, Unix and mainframe) for claims, benefits, and common membership

• Content assessment, system/UAT test plans and summaries, go live and version control documentation management

• Reporting and gap analysis activities
